The Social Supports Specialist will collaborate with Partner Agencies, collect resources and information. He/she will disseminate the information at various locations in the tri-county area. The Specialist will connect consumer to resources and programs that will advance their knowledge, health, and wellbeing.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma (or equivalent). Must be able to travel independently and have a current Driver’s License. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be proficient in data entry.
Hourly rate based on experience and education. The position is part-time and temporary, based on a two-year grant with the possibility of becoming permanent.
