Philip “Phil” Horne joined SMCIL’s Board of Directors in May 2022. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the National Institute for the Deaf/Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY in 1980 and brings 39 years of service as a Financial Analyst with the U.S. Navy (civilian). Now enjoying the retired life with his wife Patricia as proud grandparents, Phil serves on many community boards and activities.
